To help plan, develop and implement the Library's communications and digital marketing strategy and create & manage content.
Collaborate with Library Relations and Communications colleagues to identify audiences research platforms, and benchmark digital media and social media guidelines in order to create a fully¬ informed plan, to develop and implement the Library's communications and digital marketing strategy
Develop annual and monthly digital marketing plans in line with the library's communication's strategy that encompass the Library's plans for events, exhibitions and activities
Collaborate with QNL's internal departments and external stakeholders (QF Communications and corporate partners) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate needed actions
Develop, review, edit, update, and translate content for QNL's corporate communication and digital media channels, including website content, mobile applications, interactive media channels and social media
Attend Library-related events and develop live social media posts
Supervise the overall design as well as image selection for corporate communications and digital media to ensure choices convey the desired message and to keep them interactive, attractive, and user-friendly
Use social media and email to engage the public and portray the Library as a modern and responsive institution
Drive and increase traffic to QNL's digital media channels and grow the QNL email subscriber list
Monitor media traffic on all third-party public content platforms relevant to QNL's activities and services, and recommend responses as appropriate
Produce monthly web and social media analytical reports for use in management decision making
