주요업무내용
•Involve in execution of daily operations of the Concierge counter to deliver premier services to visitors;
•Handle complaints, requests and enquiries effectively and provide support to marketing activities in order to promote customer loyalties and encourage relationship build-up between tenants and shoppers;
•Coordinate with the Management Office and the Marketing Department on the execution of day-to-day mall operations and marketing activities;
•Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements based on active collection of feedbacks from guests and tenants.
