Lead design projects from concept research through to release or production.
Design and create clickable prototypes for web and mobile features for company products.
Leverage InVision online tool to communicate ideas and solicit feedback with wireframe, mock-ups, prototypes, requirements documents or annotated screenshots that help both stakeholders & developers contribute, assess and build products and features.
Collaborate with various teams and take their needs into account in the new designs.
Participate and conduct user research with usability studies or usage statistics.
Maintain portfolio of design team work including designs from concept to completion, and documenting a path from goal to final product.
Mentor and manage junior designers |

Requirement :
5+ years experience in product & UX design for a technical product offering.
Experience designing for mobile (iOS and/or Android), Web and Desktop applications
Successfully delivered a web based service offering from ideation to release
Ability to design, prototype, and evaluate user interfaces.
Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and associated design tools
Demonstrated ability to multitask and work across multiple projects.
Desire to tackle the challenge of distilling data from complex analysis to compelling visual representations and simple design solutions.
Understanding of common software project management and development practices.
Ability to convince executive staff and team leaders via design leadership.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
BS/BA or higher degree in Engineering, Human Factors or HCI, Design, or equivalent experience.
Desired
Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript/JQuery, Angular JS
Knowledge of Ionic Framework
Video, Sound editing, motion graphics and production experience
Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique
