- Address booking inquiries, cancellations, and modifications promptly.
- Ensure seamless communication between students, staff, and accommodation partners.
Property Management
- Oversee daily student housing operations and facility management.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors for repairs and upkeep.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency.
Operations Management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain records, reports, and administrative documentation.
- Perform light maintenance tasks and coordinate contractor-led repairs.
- Support operational improvements to enhance the OziHouse experience.
