Booking & Reservation Management
Manage room reservations, allocations, and cancellations to optimize occupancy.
Utilize property management systems (PMS) like Cloudbeds for efficient booking management.
Handle guest inquiries, modifications, and special requests promptly.
Ensure clear and timely communication between guests, staff, and partners.
Property & Facility Management
Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring facilities meet quality and safety standards.
Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
Work with external contractors and housekeeping teams to uphold cleanliness and efficiency.
Implement and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational consistency.
Operations & Compliance
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation.
Support operational improvements to enhance guest experience and business performance.
Perform light maintenance tasks and coordinate larger repair projects with contractors.
