● Maintain and build relationships with existing and new customers to ensure high level of service satisfaction and identification of potential new business opportunities
● Identify sales prospects, outbound prospection calls to dark or new prospects, set appointments with customers virtually, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service product offered.
● Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to provide consultative advice to sales prospects to achieve sales objectives
