The position will require the individual to coordinate logistics (import/export) duties while handling customer service responsibilities to make sure shipments are managed effectively and efficiently. More specifically, the individual will be able to gain experience and knowledge into air and ocean import & export, trucking, 3PL, distribution, fulfillment, amongst other operation procedures. The position will require the individual to collaborate and work closely with the team members and team leader with a focus on developing, managing and executing operational processes and tasks in support of day-to-day activities and future growth. 

This immersive position will bring the individual face-to-face with an array of organizational functions including, but not limited to: operations optimization, marketing, accounting, sales, strategy and planning, infrastructure, client management, systems development, among others. A multi-faceted individual who thrives on wearing many different

그 외 자격요건 - A background in Freight Forwarding, Import/Export operations, logistics, and/or supply chain is preferred.
A successful Logistics Coordinator will possess the following:
- Well organized and quick to work
- Proficient in navigating computer programs (e.g. Microsoft, Excel, Word)
- Good and quick communication skills (both internally and with customers)
- Positive and professional attitude
- Proactive in ability to juggle different responsibilities and ensure tasks are completed by assigned deadline
- Able to work closely and effectively in both as a team and by him/herself

An understanding of the following is not required, but desirable:
- Understanding of 3S & 5S systems, Kaizen Philosophy, and/or Lean Principles (6σ)
- Knowledge or experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM)
