주요업무내용
- Close cooperation with assigned sales staff and their support in administrative activities
- Execution of order processes from order to delivery of orders for national and international markets
- Creation and punctual transmission of the order confirmation, monitoring of the order, organization and execution of the transport as well as billing
- Clarification of order-relevant topics with customers, warehouses and forwarding companies as well as internal interfaces between sales, accounting and HQ teams
- Handling customer complaints and assisting customer escalation processes
- Development and optimization of processes in own area
- Ensuring the smooth running and completion of specially assigned projects
- General administrative support such as budget control, correspondence with the headquarters, reports, maintenance of master data etc.
