CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
Maintains record of personnel-related data with accuracy (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, attendance, and timecard) in both paper and the database.
Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data. Maintain attendance tracker
Supports the onboarding/off-boarding process by administering orientation, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information.
High level ability in various software applications; e.g., MS Office Suite (MS Excel and Power Point in particular), update employee data, time clock system.
Substantiates applicants’ skills by administering and scoring tests.
Schedules required testing by coordinating appointments.
Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information.
Answers the telephone, relays messages, and maintains equipment and supplies.
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
Creating and enrolling badges and ADP timecard badge.
Maintain sign-in sheet
Preparation for monthly slips to submit to accounting
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Various HR reports.
Ability to stay professional and composed in a fast paced environment.
Other duties as assigned.
