□ Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Korean intern to join our team remotely from Germany. As an intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our efforts to communicate with potential and current enterprise customers in South Korea. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in customer success, project management, and business development in a global setting.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Success: Assist in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Solution Presentation and Demonstration: Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers, showcasing our solutions and their benefits in a clear and compelling manner.
- Project Management: Assist in managing projects related to customer deployments, ensuring timelines are met, deliverables are achieved, and stakeholders are informed.
- Customer Development: Collaborate with the team to identify customer needs and requirements, and contribute to the development of tailored solutions to meet their specific demands.
- Business Development: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers, gather intelligence on competitors, and contribute to the development of strategies to expand our customer base.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams to foster collaboration and drive customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, project progress, and business development activities.
Please note that the intern is expected to work independently, yet guided, and coached by the team lead while staying connected and communicating effectively with other team members. Regular virtual meetings and check-ins will be conducted to provide guidance and support throughout the internship.
