•PRIMARY HOLDINGS
- Primary Holdings is a management company of 4 different units in constructions. We provide shared services, to include accounting, management, and HR support.
- Country/Region : USA, Georgia
• Communicate with clients, gather necessary documents and information to begin building a case;
• Conduct initial research and provide information to the Lawyer;
• Manage all administrative responsibilities in the legal office including but not limited to:
- Answering and directing phone calls;
- Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings;
- Maintaining contact lists;
- Producing and distributing correspondence memos, emails, letters, and forms;
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;
- Developing and maintaining a filing system;
- Taking dictation.
- Assist in drafting legal and contract documents;
- Organize legal documents in a confidential way;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
