JOB DESCRIPTION
We have exciting openings for Customer Service Team that responsible to deliver higher level of business support and achieve the core of Keysight’s business: Customer Success.
Here are the Roles and Responsibilities:
• Analyze and respond to customer's request for quotation in a timely and accurate fashion, and ensure compliance to Keysight terms and conditions, export licensing conditions and customer specific procurement
guidelines.
• Understand customer needs and take ownership for customer satisfaction in assigned area.
• Manage order booking / service order closure.
• Trigger customer billings timely and in accordance with defined policy and standards.
• Responsible for maintaining completeness and integrity of support transaction data in the applicable admin system.
• Interact with other Keysight organizations to resolve order related issues and change requests.
• Ensure proper approvals for any non-standard or specially negotiated terms and conditions, and
