- To undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests, to ensure a superb customer service experience
- To assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible
- Manage incoming calls and distribute to correct person (tenant or management)
- Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintain visitor log
- General administrative and clerical support, including booking cars, scanning documents, sending and receiving faxes, mail, and packages, typing documents, filing and photocopying
