- Able to manage an operation of multiple dynamic restaurants and kitchens focusing on Korean and Asian cuisine. Western cuisine beneficial
- Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage, Integrated Resort Experience advantageous
- Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
