The Sales Assistant supports to Senior- / Sales Manager or Director of the respective account or purpose with
the following activities :
Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed)
- Sales specific tasks and work flows according to the given process definition
- Preparation of documents, metrics and reports in the quoting process as taking some responsibility of
account which will be assigned by a team leader
- Standard tasks in the field of Sales Management and Account Management in corporation with the team of sales management such as tracking sales revenue, marketing intelligence, and other topics which will be requested from the company
- Purchase order management, support to AP/AR management
- Internal and external communication with related departments of the headquarter in Korea and Plant in Poland and the customer contacts
- Support to the supervisory management
