Job Descriptions:
• Responsible for App/Web admin tool to support business purpose in daily basis for operational excellence.
• Ensure App/Web operation runs smoothly
• Coordinates, support and setup process to deal with possible issues for new feature releases and cope with system breakdowns, live issues
• Perform administrative functions and provide support to related team. Provide document support for related team.
• Manage and supports complex database to ensure efficient data analysis
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Participates in working development process for new business ideas
