■ 채용직무 : Infrastructure Engineer [Technology Platforms Division]
① Infrastructure Services Department Network Section
1)주로 현재와 미래의 네트워크 인프라에 대한 설계, 검증, 구현 및 운영
2)오픈 소스 소프트웨어 및 프로그래밍 자동화 툴을 활용하여 내부 사용자에게 라쿠텐 네트워크의 일상적인 운영의 제공
3)플랫폼의 자동화 개발을 추진하여 네트워크 운영의 효율성을 높이고 운영 리소스의 최소화 실현
4)기존 및 신규 데이터센터 구축에 대한 네트워크 구성 및 아키텍처(설계) 검토
5)차세대 네트워크를 위한 신제품/기술 POC 실행
6)물리적 인프라 및 네트워크 관련 문서 구축 및 유지관리 작업
7)인터넷 전송/IX 및 DCI 용량 관리 담당
8)기존 네트워크 및 상위계층 에스컬레이션에 대한 네트워크 운영의 지원
② Cloud Services Department Application Platform Section
1)k8s 플랫폼, 서비스 메쉬(Istio), k8s 내부/외부 네트워크(CNI, Container Native Load Balancer, IPv4/IPv6 support, Multi cluster support, etc), Software Load Balancer, API 게이트웨이, CDN, 모니터링 시스템 설계 및 구현
2)레거시 시스템에서 새로운 클라우드 환경으로 마이그레이션하기 위한 협의
3)표준화된 멀티 테넌트 셀프 서비스 플랫폼 제공
4)자가 치유 기능 실현
5)모니터링 자동화
6)보안 요구사항 실현
7)OSS에 기여
③ Cloud Platform Enablement Department User Support Section
1)서비스 성과 및 대기시간 개선
2)서비스 관리업무의 작업절감을 위한 표준화 및 자동화
3)서비스의 안정적인 운영을 위한 표준 모니터링 시스템 제공
4)신규 서비스를 빨리 확대할 수 있는 표준 디자인 제공
5)문제 발생 시 서비스 문제 해결 |

■ 지원요건
1) 전문대 이상 졸업 예정자 또는 제2신졸자 (경력 3년이내)
2) 컴퓨터과학, 공학, 응용수학 또는 관련 분야 전공
3) 알바, 계약직, 정규직 경험은 확실하게 구분 기재하여 불이익을 당하지 않도록 함
4) 어학 : 영어 비즈니스에 상응하는 수준 * 일본어 불문, 증명서 제출 不要
5) 입사시기 : 2023년 매월 입사 가능
■ 필수 스킬 (Mandatory Qualifications)
・Experience of one or more of the following
- Experience of system engineering or software development
- Experience of git
- Experience with UNIX operating systems internals and / or networking
- Experience of DevOps with CI/CD tools (ex. Jenkins, CircleCI)
- Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting
- Experience of router/switch Design, deployment or operation
- 2 + years related Experience, especially router/switch Design, deployment or operation
- configure and Implementation of OSPF, BGP, TRILL and Multi-Chassis Link-Aggregation
・Proficiency in one or more of the following:
Java, Go, Python, PHP, Ruby or shell scripting
・Knowledge of one or more of the following：
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Basic knowledge in networking such as TCP/UDP, HTTP
- CCNA certified or have equivalent knowledge
■ 우대사항 (Desired Qualifications)
・Bachelor's degree of Computer Science, Engineering or Related Fields. (BS)
・CKA/CKAD certificate
・Experience in the following:
- Experience of container technologies (Docker, k8s, etc)
- Experience of release automation in large scale system
- Experience with algorithms, data structures and software design
- Experience in automation and configuration management using Chef, Ansible, Terraform
- Experience of Network Management by utilizing open source software programming
- Not only network admin related role, but also 1 + year operation experience and
good at troubleshooting in Linux/Unix Operation System
・Knowledge of the following:
- CCNP certified or have equivalent knowledge
- Understand basic knowledge of Firewall, Load Balancer and DNS architecture and technologies
- Basic knowledge of public cloud(AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Deep technical knowledge, configure and implementation of FRR, MPLS, VXLAN, SRv6
