Landmark 72 is owned and managed by Aon Vina.,Ltd. This position is Responsible for developing a detailed plan and executing the project to open the food supermarket at Landmark72.
1. Develop the supermarket opening plan
• Build the overall plan: timeline, budget, manpower, product categories, and suppliers.
• Propose the store layout, cold storage system, and operating procedures.
• Present the plan to the Board of Directors for approval.
2. Execute after approval
• Coordinate with the related department to oversee construction and installation of equipment.
• Select and sign contracts with suppliers.
• Establish processes for receiving goods, storage, and delivery to hotels.
• Train the operations team.
3. Manage operations after the opening
• Coordinate daily operations and monitor product quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and 5-star hotel standards.
• Resolve operational issues and optimize costs and performance.
4. Reporting & liaison
• Report project progress and business performance to the Board of Directors.
• Convey management directives to the operations team.
• Maintain long-term cooperative relationships with suppliers.
