[Recruiting / Talent Selection (60%)]
- Manage the end to end recruiting process including obtaining HC approval, Job postings, sending our weekly career opportunity notices to employees, promoting the employee referral program as a key source of hire, screening candidates, participating in the interview and maintaining candidate pool.
- Prepare offer letters for selected candidates and ensure the Background check process is completed prior to hire.
- Maintain accurate documentation on all requisitions and candidates and maintain accurate reporting of all recruiting related activities and metrics.
- Collect all New Hire information, documentations, pre-boarding engagements.
- When it is necessary to engage a search firm, manage the process and relationship with the search firm.
- Respond to inquiries from leaders and employees regarding recruiting related policies and processes.
[On-boarding (10%)]
- On-board new hires. This includes conducting HR orientation and educating managers on the process of effectively on-boarding new joiner through Orientation program, On the Job Training (OJT), open communication, mentoring programs, etc.
[Employee Connect (10%)]
- Work with leaders and employees to effectively manage employee relations issues as they arise through effective facilitation and candid communication with leaders and employees.
- Support and participate in developing action plans based on the results of the survey.
[Other HR Support (20%)]
- Analyze Exit interviews and HR metrics on employee turnover and develop programs to identify flight risks in advance and improve employee retention.
- Support HR projects and programs, such as Employee engagement survey, LG way surveys, assessments, etc.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual HR reports (Talent Acquisition).
- Update and maintain organization charts on a monthly basis.
