Own business planning, category analysis, and profitability tracking for the Air Solution / B2B segment.
Develop and execute strategies to strengthen market position, improve margins, and achieve sales targets.
Lead forecasting, sell-in/sell-out tracking, and data-based demand planning.
Conduct competitive benchmarking and market intelligence to support decision-making. Present strategic recommendations and insights to management based on data and trend.
2.Product Planning & Lifecycle Ownership
Support product roadmap development and model planning aligned with HQ direction.
Manage SKU lifecycle from introduction to phase-out, ensuring timely product transitions.
Define pricing, product positioning, and sales strategy based on market dynamics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, service, marketing) to ensure smooth product operations
3.Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement
Plan and coordinate go-to-market activities for new launches, ensuring readiness of pricing, materials, and sales training.
Work closely with corporate marketing to align campaigns with business goals (not limited to creative execution).
Manage channel programs, retail initiatives, and post-launch performance evaluation.
Support field sales teams with product training, performance analysis, and actionable insights.
