Key Responsibilities
•Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in business objectives. 
•Conduct market research, customer needs assessment, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to spot opportunities.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to develop products. 
•Prioritize product features, enhancements, and improvements based on impact, feasibility, cost, and time-to-market. 
•Manage the new product development process: from requirements definition, prototyping, validation/testing, regulatory / compliance, through to production.
•Plan and deliver successful product launches: setting up sales & marketing collateral, training, go-to-market strategies, pricing/positioning. 
•Monitor post-launch performance: customer feedback, sales metrics, product quality, and user experience; then iterate and optimize. 
•Manage product budgets, costs, profitability, and forecasting. 
•Maintain compliance with relevant technical standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality assurance protocols.
