- Creating and introducing new tools to ease the cycle of collecting, maintaining and analyzing the data.
- Provide summarized reports to top management for Sales, CI, RM reports. Manage and create the workflow of analytics cycle and reporting mechanism.
- Handling of sales documentation (Orders / PI’s).
- Manage and support sales team with needed tools to enhance sales monitoring.
- Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
- Analyze the improvement plans on the potential sales issues of subsidiaries and retailers via retail data analysis.
- Provide needed reports requested by our offices & factories Forecasting from distributors and Sales.
- Complete ownership of current week’s sales.
- Allocation and planning of next 3 weeks.
- Releases and follow up with distributors & company.
- Support to Marketing. Sales Analysis.
- Market information compilation.
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales reports.
- Managing Stock Status & CIF Shipment for product Distributors.
- Understanding of MENA.
