• Coordinate and support HR policies, procedures, and program implementation.
• Manage Performance Management and Recruitment/Selection processes.
• Organize development programs for Manager level and below.
• Facilitate communication and problem-solving between employees and managers.
• Conduct new hire orientation, counseling, coaching, and exit interviews.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and employment laws (Social Insurance, Income Tax, Health Checks, etc.).
• Assist in implementing group/country HR initiatives.
• Prepare HR activity reports (headcounts, organizational chart, etc.).
• Manage employee relations and improve engagement; liaise with unions and represent the company in collective agreement negotiations.
• Handle HR-related matters and administrative activities.
• Oversee the registration of company legal documents with local authorities.
• Arrange visa, work permits, reservations, and pick-up for visitors.
• Coordinate with travel agencies for flight, hotel, and transport bookings for employees and guests.
• Organize company events, parties, conferences, and workshops
