1. Logistics & Documentation
1) Corresponding with customers and getting their requirement of logistic condition
2) Communication with HQ in Korea or with DB Schenker Singapore for booking logistics and outbounding
- 70% of stocks are shipped in Korea, and instruct specific requirement of customers to HQ
Chase up how to deliver and update the status of goods . And communicate with customers
- 30% of items are delivered from Singapore, and communicate with DB Schenker, our warehouse managing company.
Sending Delivery Order and making instruction to prepare for outbounding. If necessary, booking transportation company to deliver the goods.
3) Making commercial invoices and packing lists
2. Inquiry & Quotation
- The person in charge support sales managers to input the inquiry from customers in the system, and get quotation from manufactures
3. Stock management / Inbounding & outbounding support related to warehouse
- When we get inbounding, the person should check the item and the way our professional warehouse operators organize the stocks.
- Harmonize the company system and WMS of the operator
- If necessary, audit the status of stocks in the warehouse
4. Sales & Management Support
- Meeting the customers if necessary and counterparts of customer company comes
- Support generating financial slips related to general expense and sales/costs in the system when PIC uses personal leave.
